Along with the gentleness of your touch
The love we've shared the past few years
Is ever present as I'm blinded by the tears
This, too, shall pass I keep saying inside
As I wonder when will it all subside
Then what shall it be between you and me
Emotions hidden amid waves upon the sea
Lost in thoughts surrounded by a cloud
Jolted to reality by a voice screaming aloud
Where have you gone, what have you done
Why disappear because things are not fun
Neither of us plays the game very well
Together but alone is just sheer hell
I avowed to stay until death do us part
An arrow has struck the center of my heart.
